Refund policy

EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Consumable goods and vinyl cannot be exchanged. 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash refund for defective or malfunctioning product, but will provide a new replacement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a replacement will be sent out to you as soon as possible.


LATE OR MISSING EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received your replacement item, please be mindful of possible shipping delays and allow proper time for your item to arrive. Depending on where you live, this could take upwards of 14 days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: RABBIT DASH INC, 662 Goderich Street, Unit #2, PO Box 2034, Port Elgin ON N0H 2C1, Canada.
You may also return your item in person, with proof of purchase, to the address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
